About I.C.Science

I.C.Science was founded as Computer Science International (CSI) in 1995 by Phil Percival, a software engineer (IEEE recognised BEng. Electronics) who has been administering, developing and managing software for over 20 years involving several very successful contracts with a number of businesses in that time. We've worked hard for the benefit of companies like ERG Group (in1997) developing bus ticketing, equipment for the UK transport system, for PSD developing the Accept NET security management system, maintenance work with Citrx Systems and developjment of the Mercury and BAMS/Triton products for Trilogy Communications Ltd (now owned by Clear-Com)whose customers included Northrop Grumman, Raytheon and Lockheed Martin.

Our experience in all aspects of the information technology industry is considerable from electronic hardware development to management, software-design and development of off the shelf computer software products and software design of multi million dollar projects through contract to larger companies. Most of all I.C.Science is serious about effciency and that means we supply software solutions that are user-friendly, are fully compiled (not script based), run fast and provide functionality that is straight to the point.

Determining that functionality, defrilling design and implementing a prototyping-development strategy is the reason I.C.Science can help you manage your software projects so they can be completed on time and on budget. Negotiating exactly what is required by a software solution should be a large part of the development effort. That's why I.C.Science will take great pains in specifying a project, heavily involve the end client to negotiate feasible solutions and draw up a reasonable development plan and time-line. I.C.Science simply won't make promises unless we know its feasible first !
